You’re growing a baby. And somewhere in between the scans, the appointments, and the endless to-do lists — feeding feels like the one thing nobody has properly explained.

You’ve got questions.

“Do I need a pump? Should I be expressing? What even is colostrum? What if I get it wrong?”

There’s so much information out there — and almost none of it is clear, calm, or actually tailored to you.

This program changes that.

FAQ section

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Is this suitable for first-time mums?

Absolutely — it’s designed with first-time mums in mind. No prior knowledge needed whatsoever.

Can I buy the courses individually instead?

Yes — each course is available separately. But the bundle gives you everything at the best possible price.

When should I buy this during pregnancy?

Ideally from 28 weeks onwards, though earlier is absolutely fine. The colostrum course in particular has guidance on harvesting from 36 weeks.

What if I haven’t decided how I want to feed my baby yet?

You don’t need to have made any decisions about feeding before your baby is born — and that’s completely okay. What matters is that you feel informed about all your options, so that when the time comes, you can make the decision that feels right for you and your baby.

The expressing and pump course is valuable for any mum who wants to understand their options. And the bundle as a whole is perfectly suited to anyone who is planning to breastfeed, still weighing things up, or simply wants to feel prepared for whatever their feeding journey looks like. 🤍.

Is this a live programme or pre-recorded?

All pre-recorded — so you watch entirely at your own pace, on your own schedule. Watch before your baby arrives to feel fully prepared, and return to any section after birth whenever you need a reminder or a little reassurance. 🤍
